Job Description: HR Manager


Position Summary:


The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes managing and developing HR policies and procedures, implementing HR programs, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager is a key strategic partner to the executive team and plays a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing workforce.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


2. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.


3. Manage the full employee life cycle including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.


4. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.


5. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.


6. Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.


7. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.


8. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


9. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.


10. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


11. Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.


12. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.


13. Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction.


14. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems and other HR-related software.


15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR programs and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or related field is preferred.


2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.


3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


4. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.


5. Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.


6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.


9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.


10. Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
